Summer manufacturing engineering intern leading Lean and Six Sigma process improvement projects. Responsibilities include optimizing CNC, assembly, laser-marking, and packaging processes; improving quality, cost, safety, and productivity; and designing tooling, fixtures, and workstations for new product introduction. The intern will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams while applying structured problem-solving methods.

Lead product strategy, NPI, and full lifecycle management for a segment of the OMAX waterjet portfolio. Own product roadmaps, business cases, VOC-driven requirements, cross-functional NPI execution, pricing, launch, portfolio optimization, and in-market performance. Partner with engineering, commercial teams, channel partners, and leadership to drive profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Manage sourcing for fabricated/formed/machined metal and non-metal categories: develop category strategy, qualify and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, support NPI, maintain risk assessments, and lead procurement projects and supplier performance reviews.

Leads approximately 220 associates across manufacturing, process engineering, and maintenance. The role oversees strategic and tactical operations, safety, quality, continuous improvement, capacity planning, supply chain coordination, financial performance, capital planning, new product manufacturing readiness, operational metrics, and complex initiatives. It also develops talent, builds organizational capability, and shapes long-term manufacturing strategy while maintaining daily performance.

Leads manufacturing readiness and new product introduction activities, including engineering changes, production validation, documentation, tooling, supplier readiness, and launch quality planning. Manages a small NPI team and coordinates engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and production stakeholders. Drives scalable processes, issue resolution, training, lean manufacturing, and transitions to stable production while emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational excellence.

Leads continuous improvement across high-mix, low-volume CNC machining operations. The role develops stable, efficient manufacturing processes; improves quality, productivity, and OEE; manages capital equipment and tooling projects; designs fixtures and workstations; supports new product introduction; applies Lean, Six Sigma, GD&T, FMEA, DFMA, and statistical process analysis; and mentors engineers, technicians, and production teams.

Leads techno-functional analysis for engineering IT systems, including Aras PLM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion CPQ, and SolidWorks integrations. Co-owns technology roadmaps, replaces legacy tools, gathers requirements, develops specifications, manages data migration and quality, facilitates user sign-off, and trains end users. The role also leads medium and large projects and mentors others in continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and deploy automation solutions, lead development of electric controls for test systems, mentor junior engineers, and improve operational efficiency.

Participates in six-month manufacturing rotations, supporting production processes, equipment, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Defines work methods, leads Lean and Six Sigma projects, provides technical production support, performs root-cause analysis, designs tooling and fixtures, supports equipment selection and maintenance planning, and maintains manufacturing documentation including routings, bills of material, standard work, and value stream maps.

The Senior Category Specialist will manage procurement for industrial materials, supplier relationships, and cost-saving initiatives while executing NPI activities.

Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Process Engineers to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. Design and optimize processes, tooling, fixtures, and workstations; lead pFMEA, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and DFMA feedback for NPI. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, evaluate and implement manufacturing equipment/technologies, create technology roadmaps, and manage cross-functional projects, budgets, and schedules while mentoring engineers and partnering with Quality to drive continuous improvement.

Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects across the organization, coach teams on improvement tools, and facilitate workshops for continuous improvement.
