The Senior Integration Engineer, Integrations is a high-ownership technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise integration solutions across ERP, CRM, and GTM platforms. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this self-starter takes complete ownership of major epics end-to-end, from initial discovery and architecture through to deployment and operational maturity.As our internal operations and development workflows rapidly become AI-driven, this role will heavily leverage AI agents, Codex/Gemini, and automated tooling to transform how integrations are built, maintained, and operated.
Key ResponsibilitiesEpic Ownership & End-to-End DeliveryTake complete ownership of complex integration epics, leading them seamlessly from initial discovery, requirements gathering, and technical design through to execution, testing, and production delivery.
Operate with high autonomy as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, managing priorities and removing delivery bottlenecks.
Design and implement scalable integration solutions across ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ tools).
Champion and drive AI-driven development and operations: build, maintain, and integrate AI agents and leverage Codex/LLM tools to automate code generation, testing, documentation, and monitoring.
Drive internal-facing process improvements, evaluating current team methodologies, developer workflows, and toolchains to continuously evolve how the team operates.
Establish standard operating procedures, reusable architecture patterns, and automated governance frameworks to increase team velocity and quality.
Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, sales, marketing, and finance to translate strategic business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end process optimizations across Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, and marketing automation ecosystems.
Establish best practices for data governance, system interoperability, and API management.
Lead the design and deployment of APIs, middleware (specifically Boomi and Workato), and cloud data pipelines (Snowflake, AWS, Python).
Mentor team members on architectural standards, AI tooling adoption, and modern engineering practices.
Own the resolution of complex integration challenges and system anomalies, ensuring high resilience and business continuity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, with a proven track record across ERP, CRM, and GTM system integrations.
End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience operating as a proactive self-starter in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of epics from discovery to delivery.
AI & Agentic Workflows: Practical experience or strong proficiency in building and maintaining AI agents, utilizing AI coding assistants (e.g., OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot), and embedding AI into operational workflows.
Middleware Expertise: Deep hands-on experience and expertise in iPaaS/middleware platforms, specifically Boomi and Workato.
Data & Scripting: Strong practical experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), SQL, Alteryx Designer for ETL and Python.
GTM & Architecture: Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order, CPQ workflows, REST/SOAP API design, and event-driven architectures.
Self-Starter & Epic Ownership: Thrives in a fast-paced setting; takes proactive initiative to lead complex epics from discovery through implementation with minimal supervision.
AI-Driven Engineering: Enthusiastic and skilled in leveraging AI agents and Codex-driven tools to transform development, testing, and operational workflows.
Strategic Architecture: Ability to balance long-term enterprise architecture goals with high-speed tactical delivery.
