We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide integrations within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. This role will serve as a senior technical developer for HCM integrations, leveraging Boomi as the primary middleware platform to enable secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external business applications.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle HCM integration technologies, collaborative skills with Boomi middleware, and a strong background in API-based and file-based integrations.
JOB DUTIES:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using Boomi as middleware in accordance with enterprise architecture standards and development best practices.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations utilizing Oracle HCM technologies including REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules, and integration workflows.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide subject matter expertise for Oracle HCM integration architecture and development.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues, data discrepancies, interface failures, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and SQL-based analysis to support troubleshooting and maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, IT teams, and third-party vendors to support ongoing business initiatives and system enhancements.
- Support Oracle HCM quarterly releases by evaluating integration impacts, implementing required updates, and ensuring continued compatibility.
- Develop and execute unit testing, system integration testing, and deployment activities while adhering to organizational change management processes.
- Implement and maintain security controls, authentication protocols, API governance, and data protection standards across all integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in production support and lead root-cause analysis efforts for critical integration incidents.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and integration optimization to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4 to 7 years of experience developing integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM integration technologies including:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HSDL
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- BI Publisher
- Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex integration issues.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in systems integration, application support, or related technical delivery work
- Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, XML/XSLT, SQL, and middleware or integration platforms
- Experience troubleshooting interface errors, data validation issues, and file-based or batch processing problems
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex technical assignments and deliver results within defined timelines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams to implement and support integration work
- Experience with Oracle application environments and related integration tools
- Experience with Dell Boomi or similar enterprise integration platforms
- Experience supporting secure data exchange, API controls, and production monitoring processes
- Experience working with third-party vendors during integration setup or onboarding
