Job Description

At Cint, our Demand Integrations team is the technical bridge between our global clients and our internal R&D organization. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to own a portfolio of high-profile global customers, acting as their primary technical advisor.

You won't just be passing messages; you will be deep in the logs, analyzing system metrics, troubleshooting complex REST APIs, and designing custom automated workflows. If you love solving technical puzzles and translating complex engineering concepts to business stakeholders, this is your stage.

What You Will Do:

  • Technical Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s APIs for global partners.

  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate directly with Cint’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex partner integrations.

  • Performance Troubleshooting: Act as a "Log Detective." Use tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations.

  • API Advocacy: Review new customers’ technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to our product teams.

  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the ultimate escalation point between external engineering teams and our internal Sales/Customer Success units.

The Tech Stack You Will Use:

  • REST APIs (Advanced troubleshooting and implementation)

  • Testing tools: Postman / Bruno

  • Observability: Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, Omni

  • Databases & Systems: SQL, Linux, Git/GitHub

Who You Are:

  • You possess fluent, confident English (both written and spoken) to manage high-profile global clients and align with EMEA/US teams daily.

  • You have deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIs (platform-to-platform).

  • You have direct B2B experience in a tech-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, L3 Support, or Integration Engineer) managing the full customer lifecycle.

  • You know how to read metrics and system logs to diagnose a problem rather than just guessing.

  • Bonus points: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go).

Qualifications

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred) or equivalent technical experience

  • Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go)

  • Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure
