About your role:

The Sr Integration Solution Consultant builds and maintains integrations between the Finxact Core platform, Fiserv products, and strategic third-party solutions. You will combine solution architecture, technical consulting, and hands-on delivery to design scalable, secure, and supportable integrations. You will work across product, engineering, implementation, partner, and client teams to advance the integration roadmap and improve client and partner outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Define integration approaches that connect Finxact Core with Fiserv products and third-party solutions across client and partner ecosystems.

  • Lead technical discovery, architecture, and detailed solution design for complex application programming interface (API)-based and event-driven integrations.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integration components, interfaces, and supporting services with accountability for quality, supportability, and long-term performance.

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize integration roadmap items based on client demand, partner commitments, operational impact, cost, and risk.

  • Review client-, partner-, and vendor-developed integrations for alignment with Finxact standards, security requirements, and established integration patterns.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through integration delivery, validation, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation for production readiness.

  • Communicate technical options, dependencies, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders, clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and actionable manner.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise integration, solution architecture, or technical consulting using API-based integrations, distributed systems, and secure application design.

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns across cloud-based or enterprise platforms.

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives with accountability for delivery outcomes, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

  • 8+ years of experience working directly with clients, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Experience evaluating integration requirements, non-functional requirements, and vendor capabilities to produce supportable and secure designs.

  • Experience communicating technical architecture, sequencing, risks, and dependencies to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in financial services, banking technology, core banking platforms, payments, or financial technology environments.

  • Experience with Finxact Core, the Fiserv product portfolio, or comparable financial technology platforms.

  • Experience with Golang or a similar object-oriented or service development language.

  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, modern integration tooling, and third-party partner evaluation.
