Position Overview: The Senior Insights Director is a key leadership role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, team mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric focus. This position goes beyond managing projects—it’s about shaping the future of the team, contributing to the company’s broader strategy, and driving meaningful value to customers.

What you will do:

  • Team Impact:
  • Proactively mentor and develop team members by sharing knowledge, collaborating on projects, and elevating the overall skill set of the team.
  • Inspire and support team members, contributing to an environment where everyone can thrive and excel.
  • Actively participate in onboarding, training, and development initiatives to foster growth within the team.

  • Customer Success Focus:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges to deliver tailored, strategic insights that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with key clients and stakeholders to align on objectives, address issues, and uncover new opportunities for value. Leverage data-driven insights to monitor client health, ensuring proactive strategies that enhance engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate on long-term strategic planning to improve overall customer experience, and clearly articulate the value of insights in supporting business goals. 
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously refine and enhance the impact of future projects.

  • Strategic Initiative Ownership:
  • Lead and take ownership of key strategic initiatives, working across departments to ensure successful execution and measurable impact.
  • Actively identify new opportunities to optimize processes and improve the way we engage with both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Lead high-level engagement for Leaders and Stakeholders:
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers on the client side, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in achieving their business objectives.
  • Develop thought leadership content and present at industry events or customer forums, the DISQO blog, showcasing your expertise and elevating the company's brand within the market.
  • Design and implement tailored engagement plans for top-tier clients, ensuring that strategic conversations address their unique business challenges and opportunities for growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive the business forward.
  • Work cross-functionally to better understand the organization’s needs and contribute to broader strategic initiatives that impact multiple areas of the business.

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive strategic collaboration across departments.
  • Experience working closely with customer success teams and an understanding of how to improve client health through strategic insights.
  • A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently and take full ownership of projects.

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage clients at a strategic level.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
