OVERVIEW
Are you a cloud automation engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment? As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer on our Digital & Technology team, you will lead the design and deployment of infrastructure automation for enterprise-scale platforms. You will build Python automation and Terraform infrastructure-as-code patterns for public cloud environments, improve provisioning and lifecycle operations, and partner with platform and application teams in a 24/7 environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead infrastructure automation and cloud deployment initiatives.
- Build Python automation for provisioning, configuration, validation, and operations.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Deploy compute, networking, storage, security, and platform services.
- Build CI/CD workflows for Python and Terraform using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
- Implement secure, idempotent, and version-controlled infrastructure deployments.
- Apply identity, secrets, tagging, governance, and cloud security controls.
- Add testing, drift detection, monitoring, and compliance checks for infrastructure code.
- Support cloud adoption and modernization on GCP or other public clouds.
- Create self-service workflows and documentation for safe cloud infrastructure consumption.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and production issues in a 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with platform, application, security, and operations teams within Agile.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 9+ years designing, automating, and deploying infrastructure in enterprise or cloud environments.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong Python; Terraform; infrastructure as code; and cloud engineering focused on infrastructure deployment.
- Cloud Engineering: Experience deploying cloud compute, networking, storage, security, and platform services.
- Automation Engineering: Experience building reusable, secure, idempotent, testable, version-controlled automation.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions or equivalent tools, and DevOps practices.
- Cloud Governance: Experience with cloud security, IAM, governance, policy, tagging, and compliance controls.
- Operating Systems: Strong Linux experience; Windows Server is beneficial.
- Engineering Practices: Working knowledge of Agile delivery, code reviews, testing, documentation, monitoring, and POCs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; flexible, reliable, self-starting, and able to influence across teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Cloud Platform: GCP, AWS, Azure, or other public cloud experience; GCP preferred.
- Automation Tooling: Ansible, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Python testing frameworks, or similar tools.
- Infrastructure Delivery: Self-service provisioning, CI/CD, and reusable platform patterns.
- AI and Agent Development: Exposure to AI concepts and developing AI agents or agentic workflows for infrastructure operations and automation.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
Skills Required
- 9+ years designing, automating, and deploying infrastructure in enterprise or cloud environments
- Strong Python, Terraform, infrastructure as code, and cloud infrastructure deployment experience
- Experience deploying cloud compute, networking, storage, security, and platform services
- Experience building reusable, secure, idempotent, testable, version-controlled automation
