The Team and Role:

As a Senior Designer on Logitech’s PWS team, you will help shape next-generation personal workspace experiences. As part of the global Creative & Design organization and dedicated to the China-focused Logitech PWS Design team, you will drive intuitive, elegant design solutions that connect physical devices- such as mice, keyboards, webcams, and headsets- with digital touchpoints. Working closely with the Logitech PWS China Business Unit and cross-functional partners, you will provide hands-on support for design-led, software-enabled hardware that deliver seamless workflows and delightful user experiences.

  • Design Leadership: Lead high-impact design work that integrates hardware and companion software experiences across the PWS portfolio.

  • User-Centered Solutions: Conceptualize and craft intuitive experiences rooted in user insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX/Interaction, and Industrial Design to unify design vision and execution.

  • Design Execution: Produce thoughtful visual and interaction design work, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that accelerate product decisions.

  • Iterative Process: Drive iterative design, rapid prototyping, and validation to ensure world-class outcomes.

  • Experience Consistency: Contribute to or evolve design systems that support consistency across hardware and software within the PWS ecosystem.

  • Communication & Advocacy: Present and defend design rationale with clarity to stakeholders and leadership, advocating for user needs at every stage. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with designers with different backgrounds such as interaction designers, engineers, design/insight researchers, and other industrial designers to develop a holistic design for our businesses.

  • Design and craft thoughtful solutions to human problems across a range of product experiences.

  • Play an active role in our internal Design Team and be part of an eclectic mix of great designers and craftspeople in an international environment.

  • Lead projects and coordinate activities of other designers as Team Lead.

  • Network with management and key contacts in and outside of your own area of expertise, acting as a spokesperson on major matters pertaining to Design policies, plans, and objectives.

  • Communicate proactively and effectively across multiple levels within design & BG stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Experience: Typically 5+ years in UX / Product / Interaction / Experience Design.

  • Portfolio: Demonstrates strong thought leadership, problem framing, and execution across digital and physical design intersections.

  • User-Centric Mindset: Deep commitment to human-centered design and translating insights into elegant solutions.

  • Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineering partners and translating design into practical implementation.

  • Communication: Excellent at articulating and advocating for design choices with clarity.
