As Senior Identity Engineer you will be a critical member of Identity and Access Technologies embedded in Global Security.
You will have the opportunity to implement innovative identity solutions using modern authentication and cloud based IDP technologies.
While based in the US, this role focuses on partnering with our internal and external identity technology partners in EMEA. 30% US team interaction and 70% EMEA. Hours are aligned to US EST with an optional opportunity to shift slightly towards UK time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement modern authentication for internal and external SSO applications
• Key lead for transition of EMEA app SSO on-boarding
• Provide leadership in tier 3 troubleshooting
• Forecast work effort for application teams with respect to OIDC, agent or proxy based integrations
• Educate developers on authentication integration
• Monitor and keep the IAM platforms in compliance and current
• Proactively identify technical and procedural areas of concern and proposes pragmatic solutions
• Move projects towards architecture North Star
• Domain expertise in Application/User Security and Cloud Technologies/Architectures.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or other engineering equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience with security architecture including hands-on knowledge of SAML 2.0, oAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication, cloud security, etc.
• 5+ years of application on-boarding and migration
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of: Ping Identity, SiteMinder, ForgeRock
• IDaaS, Web Application Management, and API security experience are necessary
• Good verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to detail, as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills
