The Sr. IAM Engineer will be responsible for planning, evaluation, architecture and support of the Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions (OKTA & CyberArk) and its associated processes. The Sr. IAM Engineer will be responsible for planning, evaluation, architecture and support of the Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions (OKTA & CyberArk) and its associated processes. Support the overall direction of the IAM function across the organization, including areas such as federation, privileged access management, authentication and authorization, security and provisioning of identity data. Collaborate with different departments in creating functional, scalable and secure IAM operations as well as the design and development of new business applications. Responsible for identifying, evaluating and participating in decision-making around new and emerging IAM technologies and should be able to support other areas of Information Security.
Responsibilities

  • Support development, documentation, implementation and management of an enterprise-wide IAM strategy and roadmap utilizing OKTA & CyberArk.
  • Establish privileged access monitoring controls for identifying and mitigating Information Security risks associated with access rights.
  • Develop partnerships with internal staff, software vendors and other technical resources in the IAM industry.
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation that is required for program management and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with business users to define and implement workflow, approval, and provisioning tasks and develop access attestation reports.
  • Improve the processes/tools around provisioning and de-provisioning users across the organization.
  • Work with the configuration and administration of IAM systems and tools.
  • Update user security policies and procedures and develop training resources for end users and ensure training assignments are completed.
  • Ensure account reviews are conducted as required by the IAM program and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and oversee improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for IAM efforts.
  • Monitor for new application release upgrades and shepherd implementation by system owners.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Computer Science or Related - Minimum


Years of Experience:

  • 5 years - Identity and access management or related - Minimum


In Lieu of Education:

  • 6 years - Identity and access management or related


License/Certifications/Training:

  • IAM Certification - Preferred
