This opportunity entails providing functional and technical in-depth analyses in support of HRIS. Researches, analyzes and maintains HRIS in support of human resources administration and projects. Stays on top of available enhancements and prioritizes work to meet the needs of functional teams and the business, while monitoring information needs and modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements. Serves as liaison with information technology staff in resolving programming and related problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintains, evaluates, troubleshoots and ensures data integrity of HRIS by performing routine audits of HRIS. Works to ensure data integrity, tests issues and system changes, writes reports, analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities and completes documentation on system and various modifications.
  • Provides functional expertise to user areas such as HR, Total Rewards, Payroll and IT to define business problems and opportunities for improvement. Recommends and implements business process design and analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system releases and may lead the process. Documents process and results.
  • Creates standard reporting and works with HR staff to define and design special reports required for various areas of HR. Designs and generates ad-hoc management reports to satisfy specific needs.
  • Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS.
  • Develops project plans, scheduling, monitoring and communicating project status for assigned projects.
  • Provides timely responses to all management and user requests for HRIS resources.
  • Maintains all system and process related documentation and updates.
  • Assists on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, and with IT developers on implementation of new programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years HR system experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or
  • Master's degree in relevant field and 5 years HR system experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or
  • In lieu of education, 10 years HR and/or HRIS experience

What We Prefer:

  • HRIS experience configuring Workday
  • Experience creating/modifying reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Experience creating test plans, scenarios and scripts
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • Experience with personal computer applications
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Working knowledge of HRIS software applications and products
  • Experience with project management
