AutoCAD or MicroStation experience is preferred. Relocation and housing are not provided.

Leads risk management and project controls for major transit infrastructure programs. Develops risk processes, facilitates workshops, maintains risk registers, performs qualitative and quantitative analyses including Monte Carlo simulations, and recommends contingency and mitigation strategies. Provides expertise across estimating, scheduling, cost control, change management, claims support, dashboards, and project management control systems. Advises clients and project teams, supports negotiations, and mentors project controls staff.
