Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Sr HRIS Analyst (Solon, OH)
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Sr HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our HR Information Systems, primarily Workday, across various core modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to local key users, leading recruiting efforts within Workday, managing global and local employee surveys through Qualtrics, and partnering with HR leaders to drive the development of Workday within our Sports and North America divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- North America and Latin America Workday Architect
- Provide key users support for global Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
- Work closely with HR leaders in the Sports and North America divisions to continuously optimize the use of Workday.
- Manage division-specific changes, coordinate stakeholders, from planning to deployment to drive implementation of system updates and implementation of new features.
- Global Recruiting Solution Lead
- Serve as the functional and technical expert for the global Workday Recruiting module.
- Oversee the recruitment process within Workday, ensuring alignment with our group's strategies and goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge across divisions.
- Employee Surveys Technical Lead (Qualtrics)
- Act as the technical lead for Qualtrics, supporting setup of global employee surveys and local pulse surveys.
- Partner with the functional lead(s) to provide insights and build dashboards for HR and management teams.
- Plan technical activities with project manager
- Assist divisions in creating and deploying new surveys
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of survey data.
Your skills we value:
- Technical Expertise: Workday expertise (support and seutp) is a must. Experience with survey tools like Qualtrics is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with an international remote team.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks, responding effectively to competing needs.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking
Experience & Education Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday
- Proven experience as a Workday architect or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules and functionalities.
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
- Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.
- Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.
