The Senior HRIS Analyst helps shape the HR technology that supports our people and the work they do every day.
By partnering closely with stakeholders, this role turns business needs into smart system design, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements—helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. Alongside project work, the Senior HRIS Analyst ensures our HR platforms run smoothly day to day, enabling a better experience for leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.

QualificationsWhat’s Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred, but a combination of work experience and education will be considered
5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects
Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS highly preferred

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, optimizing HR processes, data management, compliance, and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Capital Management (HCM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and people surveying tools
- Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Ability to lead projects, coach others, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Required immunizations or documented immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella and annual flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption
