Serves as the strategic relationship manager for a designated region within a healthcare physician network. Builds relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and practice staff; supports provider engagement, referral performance, network growth, and market strategy. Provides registered nursing care as part of Munson Healthcare’s internal traveler team in seasonal or flexible assignments. The role requires a Michigan RN license, recent specialty experience, BLS certification, and additional specialty-specific certifications where applicable.

Provides registered nursing care through flexible, seasonal internal traveler assignments across acute-care specialties. Nurses deliver compassionate patient care, participate in clinical decision-making, mentor and educate colleagues, advocate for patients, and support quality improvement. Requirements vary by department and include Michigan RN licensure, recent specialty experience, BLS, and additional certifications for critical care, emergency, NICU, maternity, long-term care, home health, and behavioral health positions.

Coordinates day-to-day operations of a children's educational services site, including staffing, scheduling, parent communication, regulatory compliance, budgeting, grant partnerships, and program quality. Oversees compliance with Head Start, Early Head Start, Great Start Readiness Program, CACFP, and Michigan licensing standards. Develops and evaluates policies and goals, monitors staff performance, collaborates with community agencies, and supports children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Coordinate background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening, I-9 compliance, and other pre-employment requirements. Serve as the liaison between hiring managers, Human Resources, and employees; manage onboarding systems and workflows; audit documentation for regulatory compliance; and ensure new hires are fully cleared to begin employment.

Provides first-line helpdesk support for healthcare system users through phone, email, chat, voicemail, and in-person channels. Requires an associate degree or military biomedical equipment training, four years of healthcare biomedical equipment repair experience, and CBET certification or certification within one year of hire.

Coordinates hospital patient care, evaluates and educates patients, collaborates with physicians and ancillary services, arranges appropriate care placement, and develops safe, timely discharge plans. The role requires Michigan RN licensure, clinical experience, and coordination of continuity of care across healthcare settings.

Coordinates daily operations for a physician or ambulatory practice, supporting front-office and clinical staff and managing patient-flow functions. Performs delegated duties within the scope of practice and validated competencies.

Provides basic patient care, personal hygiene assistance, specimen collection, mobility and exercise support, patient transport, and vital-sign observation and documentation. Responsibilities include general gastroenterology practice, participation in inpatient and surgery center teams, subspecialty care, and a 1:6 call schedule with APP first call. The role covers one hospital and requires board certification or eligibility, completion of an ACGME-approved gastroenterology fellowship, and Michigan licensure or eligibility.

Provides basic patient care and comfort, including hygiene assistance, specimen collection, walking and exercise support, patient transport, and monitoring and recording vital signs. The role supports clinical staff in the PACU and requires CPR certification, ability to lift over 35 pounds, and compliance with required employee vaccinations.

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in Gaylord, Michigan, including deliveries, advanced gynecologic services, patient safety, community health engagement, and collaboration with OB/GYNs, midwives, family medicine physicians, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. The role includes a 1:5 call model, potential teaching opportunities, and participation in a robotics program at a new birthing center.

Provides inpatient and skilled nursing facility geriatric consultations, follow-up care, family meetings, capacity assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Leads geriatric services, supports care coordination, quality improvement, patient flow, and operational growth across facilities. Participates in clinical ethics, length-of-stay rounds, education for providers and trainees, community outreach, and team leadership. Maintains licensure, certification, credentialing, compliance, and clinical documentation standards.

Provide outpatient endocrinology care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders in a Monday-Friday, no-call clinic. Collaborate with physicians, APPs, certified diabetes educators, primary care, and population health teams. Support program growth and expand diabetes education and management initiatives. Reviews admissions, continued stays, and transitions of care to determine appropriate utilization, level of care, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance. Applies InterQual/Milliman criteria, communicates with physicians, payers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams, identifies avoidable delays, supports denials prevention, and promotes cost-effective care. Maintains clinical documentation, supports reimbursement, monitors insurer requirements, and contributes to utilization management policies, reporting, and quality improvement activities.

Cleans, sterilizes, assembles, processes, distributes, and stores medical instruments for operating rooms and hospital departments. Maintains infection prevention and quality standards, identifies processing issues, collaborates with clinical staff, and supports departmental improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Provides care management and coordination for adult patients with complex medical and social needs. The Nurse Navigator collaborates with providers, specialists, patients, and families; develops individualized care plans; applies clinical guidelines; monitors services; delivers education; and helps improve health outcomes while reducing hospital and emergency room utilization. The role splits time between Annual Wellness Visits and Care Management.
