The Sr. HR Manager & Business Partner leads and delivers key strategic human resources initiatives and acts as a trusted business partner to local and regional leadership. In this role, you will drive talent strategies, foster an inclusive culture, and support the organizational objectives for the Netherlands and wider European network, ensuring alignment with our global values and business policies. This position is based at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest under a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to design, develop, and implement strategic HR programs that support business objectives.
Act as Country Lead to ensure compliance across the Netherlands.
Work closely with workforce support and workforce operations team to ensure manager and employee experience
Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiatives to build organizational capability.
Coach and consult managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
Effective partnership with three Works Councils and with unions.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with several years in a senior HR business partner or manager role within an international environment.
Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law, social legislation, and local works council processes. Experience in CLA negotiations is a pre.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
