What You'll Do
As a Senior GCC Analyst, you are a builder of stability and an architect of solutions in a high-stakes, real-time environment. Your focus is on preempting issues and delivering definitive resolutions.
- Champion front-line trading support for global clients on market-event inquiries and product specifications for our entire asset class portfolio.
- Analyze real-time market conditions and order flow, actively seeking out and mitigating unusual or inefficient behavior to maintain market integrity.
- Oversee critical daily settlement data, product activations, and expirations, ensuring meticulous operational control.
- Drive complex internal and external client investigations, translating intricate technical or market issues into clear, concise solutions for diverse audiences.
- Develop and execute ad-hoc data queries and sophisticated analysis, constructing data-driven solutions that directly inform and improve policies, processes, and core technologies.
- Engage directly with clients via phone and electronic channels, embodying a passion for immediate problem-solving and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate across global teams, managing incident resolution end-to-end and proactively contributing to our knowledge base.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a highly analytical and communicative professional with deep experience in front-office support and financial market dynamics.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support role within financial services, preferably in a trading or technical support function.
- Understanding of Futures and Options markets and trading concepts.
- Extensive experience utilizing leading industry charting and news platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze statistical trends from trading activity, including price movement, volume, and volatility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
- Experience with investigative and analytical tools is highly desirable.
- A strong foundation in technical support, data analysis, or market analysis.
- Ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member in a global operational setting.#
