We are looking for an experienced Sr. Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Planning, specifically SCS Solver, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting supply chain planning solutions, preferably using o9 Solutions or Blue Yonder platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Supply Planning processes including demand-supply balancing, constraint-based planning, and optimization.
- Configure and implement SCS Solver within supply chain planning solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment of planning solutions.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
- Conduct workshops, user training, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Supply Planning concepts and processes.
- Hands-on experience with SCS Solver.
- 1–2 years of experience in o9 Solutions or Blue Yonder.
- Good understanding of supply chain planning modules and workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of supply chain planning tools.
- Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
