Sr Functional Analyst - PD -(Functional Consultant,Supplychain Domain,Fullfilment/Flowcasting)

- The Senior Functional Analyst will play a critical role in supporting supply chain operations by leveraging deep functional knowledge to solve complex business problems, manage customer escalations, and drive feature development. This position requires strong analytical skills, customer engagement experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Scope:
- Analyze and resolve customer business challenges using supply chain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Join customer calls for critical issues, provide timely support, and ensure resolution with minimal escalations.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement new features aligned with business needs.
- Interpret and explain business data to customers and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Work with support teams by addressing queries and providing functional guidance.
- Share knowledge and mentor peers on various products and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
Current technical environment:
- Software/Tools: Java, SpringBoot, Groovy, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Codacy, GitHub Advance Security, Black Duck Hub, BlazeMeter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc.
- Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
- Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
- Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Snowflake
What you'll do:
- Analyze and resolve customer business challenges using supply chain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Join customer calls for critical issues, provide timely support, and ensure resolution with minimal escalations.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement new features aligned with business needs.
- Interpret and explain business data to customers and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Support SCO teams by addressing queries and providing functional guidance.
- Share knowledge and mentor peers on various products and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations or functional analysis.
- Strong understanding of supply management processes and systems.
Proven experience in customer problem-solving and handling critical business issues. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive and Quick learner of the product.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong supply chain knowledge and worked BY products like Fulfillment/Flowcasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in designing cross-functional solutions.
- Experience working with technical architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable guiding teams through ambiguity and complex scenarios.
- Ability to review technical/functional deliverables, strong documentation and governance skills.
