Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Lead and execute key FP&A activities, including robust monthly business reviews, revenue forecasting, meticulous quarter-end close processes, and comprehensive long-term plans, while ensuring accurate and strategic alignment across the organization.
Facilitate and lead insightful financial reviews with business partners, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights on financial performance to support informed decision-making.
Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the business to gather critical financial insights and ensure comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across different areas of the business, such as volume/price/mix analysis, trend analysis, and assessment of macro-environment impacts.
Develop and prepare high-impact presentations for leadership, distilling complex financial information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for strategic discussions.
Develop and maintain financial models; review financial data, forecasts, and reports for completeness and accuracy.
Actively contribute to optimization projects, leveraging tools, automation, and other resources to enhance FP&A capabilities.
Use advanced analytical skills to extract, interpret, and synthesize data from diverse financial systems, proactively identifying key trends and drivers to convey results across the organization.
The US Markets FP&A team partners with the US Markets business to provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support decision-making processes.
Activities include reporting key business performance indicators; strategic planning; annual budgeting and forecasting; variance analysis and the preparation of executive reports and presentations.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
4 plus years of FP & A experience
Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel, with a strong emphasis on delivering clear and compelling presentations across the business.
Analytical Acuity – Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in all financial analyses and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a distinct advantage.

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
