The role is onsite, 5 days a week, from our office in Wrocław.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consolidation and analysis of annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks for Global Manufacturing as it relates to Costs and Operating expenses for the Operations teams, leveraging the regional plans
- Drive monthly actual reporting process with preparing financial reports and KPI’s
- Support Global CAPEX consolidation and analysis processes for actuals and forecasts
- Perform month-end and quarter-end activities, including assigned SOX controls for Global Inventory Reconciliation
- Provide actual vs forecast variance analysis for Global Manufacturing and location comparisons, including in depth commentary
- Participate in the development of strategic business cases to ensure Operations initiatives will deliver targeted results
- Deep dive into financial performance of manufacturing sites, understand regional specifics to identify global opportunities for process improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies
- Maintain global cost center hierarchy and supervise proper cost allocations
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed
- Work closely with regional and global Finance & Operations teams
- Work on simplifying/automating reports and business processes
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A minimum of BS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is required
- Min 6 years working experience, including 4+ years of experience within FP&A or Controlling preferably of manufacturing company
- Fluent English in verbal and written, Polish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly proficient with MS Excel (mid to advanced)
- Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, commitment to details, and intensity to meet requirements on a timely basis
- Ability to cooperate with different function/teams, all levels of personnel, across different cultures
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with SAP preferred

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years work experience, including 4+ years in FP&A or Controlling (preferably in a manufacturing company)
- Experience with consolidation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, actuals and CAPEX
- Month-end and quarter-end close experience, including SOX controls and Global Inventory Reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide in-depth variance analysis and commentary
- Highly proficient with MS Excel (mid to advanced)
- Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic international environment
