As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join a business-focused finance team that partners closely with operations, sales, plant leadership, and group-level finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible environment where financial insights directly support performance, planning, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and strategic financial decision-making across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning processes
  • Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to financial and operational performance
  • Partner with plant and operations leadership to explain performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform pricing and margin analysis, including customer, product, and volume-based evaluations
  • Prepare clear financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting for leadership review
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Group-level finance partners to support business initiatives and strategic projects
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, journal entries, and management reporting
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and explain results clearly
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
  • QAD experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
