The Senior Finance Analyst plays a critical role in delivering complex financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position is responsible for developing advanced financial models, performing in-depth risk assessments, and providing insights into financial performance and business health. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contributes to financial policy development, and leads high-impact financial initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to leadership.
This is a hybrid position that will sit at our manufacturing production site in Dubois, PA.
Senior Finance Analyst Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning
Monitor and track key financial metrics and KPIs
Financial Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data
Communicate financial results and insights to management and stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and report on variances and trends
Cost Management
Review and analyze expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies
Design and implement cost reduction strategies
Monitor and track cost-saving initiatives
Budget Management
Support the development and management of annual budgets
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations
Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and regulations
Financial Systems & Processes
Maintain and enhance financial systems and processes
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls
Financial Projects
Lead and support financial projects and strategic initiatives
Conduct financial analysis to assess project feasibility and return on investment (ROI)
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Provide project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
Strong knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for leadership
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risk, and support strategic decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Continuous Professional Development: Demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning, staying current on industry trends and best practices.

The estimated salary range for this position is $97,000 to $112,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
