Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in a project- or service-based environment
Licenses & Certifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — preferred

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM, Power BI)

What will you be doing?
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering high-impact financial analysis, forecasting, and portfolio-level reporting to support executive decision-making across complex programs and initiatives. This role combines deep financial expertise with strategic insight to drive value, ensure fiscal discipline, and inform investment decisions. The Senior Finance Analyst partners cross-functionally with program, sales, and delivery teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. This position requires strong analytical thinking, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Lead program and portfolio-level financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Drive the development and presentation of high-level financial reporting for executive and account leadership.
• Perform deep-dive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
• Ensure financial integrity across invoicing, accruals, and cost recovery processes.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, and executive sponsors to align financial performance with program objectives.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and financial trends and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Support ongoing business development by analyzing new revenue opportunities by reviewing and aligning quotes to optimize margin performance and align best with WWT financial policy.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of financial tools, templates, and reporting practices.
