Logitech is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to become part of the Corporate FP&A team. This role will collaborate with diverse cross-functional departments and support Global Commercial Organization (GCO) opex management. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, who is looking to contribute significantly to a strong and fast-paced group.

- Responsible for quarterly Opex reporting packages, analyze trends, drivers, variances and identify both risks and opportunities with insights.
- Manage AOP/ Forecast with continuous improvement in Fcst Accuracy
- Responsible for BG allocation with qualified commercial comments
- Enhance Marcom tracking and analysis upon strategy focus in all perspectives (by quarter, by activity type, by product segment for campaigns/ Initiatives)
- Enhance and automate the comprehensive trackers and Opex analysis
- Manage PO receiving and accruals prompt and compliant for monthly/ quarterly closing
- Compile MRC review report for internal audit
- Be a finance and systems expert for continuous education to business and region teams on the financial policies, definitions and processes
- Engage into Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions
- Build strong relationships and foster teamwork with Region FA teams, Marketing teams, overall finance, and Corporate supporting functions (P&C, Procurement, IT etc.)
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, experience in FMCG or Consumer Electronic Industry is an added plus
- Experience working with cross functional teams located globally, is a plus
- Accountable to work independently, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers
- Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy
- Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Doc
- Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems, database relationship structure knowledge highly recommended
- Work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated.
- A passion for problem-solving, identifying trends and turning confusion into comprehension
Education:
- Bachelor or Equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
