What you will be doing:
The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A will contribute to achieving the organization’s short and long-term goals by providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and focused ad-hoc analysis to support fact-based decision-making.
Financial Cadence & Reporting
Support core financial planning and reporting processes, including monthly close analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range strategic planning.
Prepare, distribute, and validate the accuracy of internal monthly/quarterly financial reports, including sales analysis by customer, product category/brand, and geographic region.
Develop, maintain, and generate internal management reporting packages and ensure timely distribution in line with the corporate accounting close calendar.
Support external reporting deliverables and coordinate the submission and accuracy of required external reporting packages.
Develop, maintain, and communicate the Corporate FP&A calendar, ensuring the finance community is aligned on key forecast deadlines and system updates.
Financial Analysis & Insights
Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Develop and maintain financial outlook models that enhance forecasting accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted business partner to cross-functional leaders, providing financial stewardship and guiding them through performance trends and business implications.
Collaborate across teams to support data-driven decisions and promote financial discipline.
Systems, Reporting & Data Management
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting within OneStream, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for financial report development.
Prepare OneStream top-side adjustments as needed and ensure data accuracy across reporting environments.
Provide user support across the finance organization through troubleshooting, training, and report enhancement.
Demonstrate strong systems proficiency to streamline reporting, optimize processes, and enable more effective financial analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and articulate insights to senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, taking full ownership of high-impact projects.
Adaptable and flexible, with a continuous improvement mindset and openness to innovation.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related profession/field.
3+ years’ experience in a finance or analytical position.
Proven advanced experience with MS Excel.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualification:
MBA or CMA certification.
Solid experience with a cloud based EPM tool (preferably Hyperion/OneStream)
Power BI experience.
Excellent financial modelling skills.
Consumer goods experience.
Public company experience.
