Financial Planning & Analysis: Execute close, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the Stores organization, ensuring accurate submissions, clear variance explanations, and timely deliverables aligned with corporate timelines.
Financial Modeling & Reporting: Build, update, and maintain financial models and reports to forecast, track, and analyze store expenses and earnings, identifying key drivers of results and escalating risks or issues as needed.
Execution & Coordination: Coordinate closely with manager to collect inputs, validate assumptions, track performance versus plans, and ensure alignment between operational activity and financial results.
Serve as a finance partner to key and cross-functional teams Business Support:(Operations, Accounting, Store Development) by providing routine financial reporting, analysis, and support to inform day-to-day performance discussions.
- Detail-oriented with a solid foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and close processes, with a strong focus on delivering accurate, well-supported analyses and reporting.
- Comfortable working with financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and drivers of performance, and summarizing findings in a clear, practical way.
- Organized, dependable, and process-focused, with the ability to manage timelines, follow standard workflows, and continuously improve the quality and consistency of financial outputs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Anaplan and BI tools.
