ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Assisting PDS Finance with special projects, transition of new processes, UAT and training
- Monthly Retail LOB furniture close out support
- Validation of cost codes for furniture and other equipment capex requests
- Support the staffing management program to meet client and C&W staff reporting requirements
- Assist the Finance Manager with month end journal entries, ensuring reimbursable and non-reimbursable spend is booked correctly
- Monthly review of revenue and expenses against plan. Understanding and communicating variances to the Finance Manager
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial presentations
- Partner with the Finance Manager to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement

POSITION QUALITIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 + years’ experience in a Finance position and/or Real Estate services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral required
- Intermediate to advanced level sills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively and multi-task in an ever-changing pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detailed-oriented and excellent communication and verbal skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $70,805.00 - $83,300.00
