Position Overview

The Sr. Finance Manager is the primary finance resource supporting the VA and Costco businesses. The Sr. Finance Manager also plays a substantial role in supporting the Commercial business, including the development and analysis of the Accelerate loyalty program.

Further, via direct reports, the Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all departmental operating expenses of US ReSound, as well managing the financial side of Accelerate and customer rebate and promotional programs.

  • Serve as primary financial contact for VA and Costco leadership regarding revenue analysis and trends in the respective markets, as well as management of compensation structures for the sales teams
  • Serve as primary financial contact for the Accelerate loyalty program, with a focus on helping analyze the components of the program and the impact on the Company’s revenue
  • Assist Commercial sales leadership with analysis of unit and revenue trends. Analysis can range from high level trends in the market to territory-specific trends to support the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly presentations to communicate progress of the overall US ReSound business to global leadership
  • Manage Financial Analyst who is primarily responsible for Commercial departmental operating expenses and activity-based promotional programs for Commercial customers
  • Manage Finance Accelerate Specialist who is primarily responsible for supporting the Accelerate loyalty program Maintain and distribute the daily sales activity report for management team
  • Lead resource for month-end close process to ensure Corporate reporting deadlines are met

Desired Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Preferred Education:

  • Minimum of seven years of public accounting experience (i.e. audit) preferred.
  • Additional experience in private accounting preferred.
