Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize decision making
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support data-driven decision-making and drive business performance improvements.
- Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, such as cost optimization, supply chain initiatives, and capital investments, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to improve profitability, drive cost efficiencies, and meet financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies in the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and improve financial and operational performance
About The Role:
This team leader will provide senior-level finance leadership across Supply Chain Operations and Logistics, strengthening financial governance, enabling strategic and operational decision making, and driving operational excellence across a highly complex, multi-site cost base. The role is visionary and results-driven to design, lead, and execute our end-to-end supply chain enablement strategy. In this role, you will be leading projects to optimize core networks and supporting the implementation of next-generation digital tools (including AI, automation, and advanced analytics). The Senior Finance Manager partners closely with Supply Chain Logistics, Plant Operations, and the Procurement organization (as a key stakeholder) to proactively identifying cost drivers, operational risks, and value creation opportunities.
What You Will Bring
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) or MBA
Experience:
7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics finance
Proven experience managing plant-level cost structures and operational P&Ls
Demonstrated track record leading cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives
Experience working in complex, data-rich, multi-site environments
High level of business and financial acumen
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve business processes or decision-making
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong finance business partnering and influencing skills
Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and problem-solving capability
Experience/certification with AI/ML tools strongly preferred
High technology affinity with experience in data mining, KPI analytics, and automation
Ability to proactively identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
Clear communicator able to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment

Compensation Statement:
The compensation range for this position is $128,000 to $176,000 per year. Salary & hourly ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
