About the Team
The regional marketing team is responsible for the generation of pipeline in Germany through the execution of demand generation activities across outbound and inbound campaigns and events. The team works closely with the local field sales, pre-sales, partner & alliances and value management teams by communicating plans and aligning campaigns to business objectives.About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Munich to support our growth strategy in Germany. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the local Sales Teams, our Pre-Sales organisation, the Partner & Alliances Team, Value Management as well as Global and EMEA Marketing functions.
You will join our local team and work closely with EMEA-wide and global marketing colleagues across a number of functions such as corporate communication & PR, Digital and Social marketing, and Product Marketing. You will be based in our Munich office and report to the Director of Marketing, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will design, execute and deliver high performing demand generation marketing campaigns to a variety of target audiences, which drive the pipeline for our Sales organisation. The Senior Marketing Manager oversees regional marketing campaigns for the German organisation ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.
You will:
Work closely with the local Sales Teams, be their first point of contact and align marketing campaigns to business and Sales team priorities.
Plan, design, execute and analyse Demand Marketing campaigns across all inbound and outbound channels.
Arrange and execute digital and in-person events.
Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner and sales feedback.
Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Project-manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives.
Review localisation of content and marketing assets.
Report on campaign ROI and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
About You
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience within a High-Tech company
Solid understanding of development and execution of integrated campaigns
Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English
Passionate about crafting elevating events experiences
Enthusiastic AI user and ambassador
Native German speaker.
Other qualifications:
Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
Objectivity & openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit
Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce and Tableau
Experience in vertical marketing would be beneficial
Experience using Workfront to manage projects is a plus
AI enthusiasm and usage is welcome
