Sr. Field Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Field Marketing Manager with expertise in developing and executing field marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and bring customer stories to the forefront. This role will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop our go-to-market strategy, drive exceptional experiences and programs that accelerate our sales pipeline, and enhance customer engagement across channels. Role Specific Job Duties
- Develop innovative field marketing campaigns and initiatives that differentiate the company in the market and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead and execute industry expos, webinars, and other field activities, ensuring alignment with our product messaging and sales objectives.
- Partner with our sales team to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.
- Identify and leverage customer engagement opportunities through events to enrich brand storytelling and support advocacy initiatives.
- Support the planning and development of our annual customer summit, working across teams to ensure a successful event that fosters customer relationships.
- Continuously explore new ideas, trends, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and impact of field marketing efforts, driving increased brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze data to optimize event ROI and generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Manage contracts and budget allocations to meet sales targets and organizational KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Required Skills Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Expertise in event management and account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit strong project management and strategic thinking skills, demonstrating proficiency in making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to forge strong relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Asana; familiarity with Slack, Marketo, and 6sense.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
