Job Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations through Comcast Business' portfolio of advanced connectivity and managed technology solutions. This includes national Ethernet, Business Internet, Managed Network Services, Managed WiFi, Managed Security, and other strategic communications offerings. Serves as the lead sales professional for complex, multi-product sales opportunities, developing and executing account strategies that identify, engage, and close high-value prospects within assigned territories. Builds trusted relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders, delivers compelling executive-level presentations, and positions Comcast Business as a strategic technology partner capable of addressing critical business challenges and supporting digital transformation initiatives. This is a highly consultative, individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition, account development, and long-term client growth. The position does not include direct people management responsibilities.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver compelling executive-level sales presentations that showcase Comcast Business' advanced connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and customer acquisition targets.
- Create and execute a territory strategy focused on new business development, market penetration, and long-term account growth. Identify strategic partnerships, cultivate relationships within the business community, and position Comcast Business as a trusted technology advisor and solutions provider.
- Drive pipeline generation through proactive prospecting activities, including executive outreach, referrals, networking, partner engagement, and targeted account-based sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for complex enterprise opportunities, from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing account development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients and key decision-makers, ensuring a superior customer experience that drives retention, expansion, and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, operations, and service delivery teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer business objectives while ensuring operational and financial viability.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive quota attainment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Comcast Business by actively participating in customer meetings, industry events, and community organizations to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Exercise sound business judgment, independent decision-making, and strategic thinking in managing enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Travel regularly within assigned territories to meet with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders. Flexible work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, may be required to support business objective
Key Qualifications
- Experienced enterprise sales professional with a track record of selling complex technology, connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, or communications solutions to large enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to engage senior-level decision-makers, uncover business needs, and translate those needs into strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated success building territory plans, developing pipeline, managing long sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities.
- Customer-first mindset with strong relationship management, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
