What you will be doing:

• To maintain and increase equipment performance and throughput

• To support production plan and enhance EHS

• To create SOP and trouble-shooting report

• To monitor and review spare parts usage

• To monitor expenses by reviewing spare parts and finding second source

• To evaluate new equipment, cost reduction and make continuous improvement

• To support new projects and enhance equipment automation

• Analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime, or resolve production issues if necessary.Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs).

• To conduct equipment trainings for technicians and other engineers, participate in projects by working with equipment team leaders, R&D engineers and process engineers to improve machine up-time rate and equipment utilization.

• Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the production of products.Supervising installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of equipment, in cooperation with service provider engaged.Maintaining records of equipment manufacturers' technical communications, upgrades, and safety issues.

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering preferably from semiconductor industry

• Familiar with photo lithography & dry etching technology, wafer fab technology

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.

• Good communication and coordination
