The objective of TW Engineering Group 1 is to provide the best endpoint security solution to help customers, from small & medium businesses to vary large enterprises, conquer cybersecurity challenges effectively and efficiently. Job description
- Develop & operate scalable backend services to support endpoint security and peripheral use cases on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
- Design & implement ways to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver
- Analyze & resolve customer problems by listening to data and customer feedbacks
Required skills
- 2+ years of backend development and operation experience on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
- Experience in event driven architecture
- Experienced in leveraging container technology and cluster management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, …etc)
- Experienced in RDBMS or NoSQL data stores (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, …etc)
- Experience in Go language and Python
Nice to have skills
- Experience in data analytics is a big plus
- Experience in automation test development is a big plus
- Experience in managed services on public clouds (Aurora MySQL, EKS, AKS, MSK and ADX, …etc)
Personality
- Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
- Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
- Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
