[Our Role - AI/ML Engineer]
- Solutions to Security Problems: As part of our team, you will leverage AI technologies to develop innovative solutions for complex security challenges. Your role will involve investigating and analyzing potential security risks and designing corresponding solutions.
- AI Product Features: Beyond cybersecurity, our team builds AI-powered features that enhance product capabilities and improve the user experience. You will help design and develop intelligent services, modules, core components that would be integrated with products and platforms.
- Continuous Learning: The team is expected to stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies, including agent design and orchestration framework, LLM architecture/fine-tuning, and emerging approaches in supervised/unsupervised learning, computer vision, and audio intelligence.
- AI-First mindset: Proactively embrace AI tools for coding, documentation, research, and spec-driven development. Apply AI workflows to routine tasks to improve productivity. Design AI agent-based solutions and features.
[Qualifications / Requirements]
- Essential
- Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong passion and interest in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- AI/ML Expertise: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including traditional supervised/unsupervised learning, computer vision, NLP, LLM, agentic AI systems.
- Programming and Frameworks: Proficiency in Python with strong experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch…) and agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
- Team Collaboration and Communication: ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including explaining ideas and listening actively.
- Nice to Have
- Fluent in English
- Experience in cloud services, like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in C/C++ or mobile app development
- Data Analysis and visualization skills
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong interest and passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, computer vision, NLP, LLMs, and agentic AI systems
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or PyTorch
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in C, C++, or mobile app development
