You Will:
•Collaborate with integration engineers to identify, generate, and implement test cases and verification criteria for systems under test.
•Work with the test manager to configure test setups and execute test runs according to the test plan.
•Develop and enhance test automation tools and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
•Document and track issues appropriately, and participate in triaging issues with different teams to drive root cause identification and resolution.
•Plan, develop, and execute component and sub-system level testing, and document and report test results.
•Collaborate with Controls teams, System Engineers, Diagnostics team, EOL & Service teams, and various test teams to plan and coordinate test activities.
•Report and escalate issues as necessary, and participate in triaging issues with various stakeholders.
•Identify gaps in requirements and work with relevant engineers to update requirement documents accordingly.
•Support test scalability for new and upcoming products.
•Assist Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test teams in testing features.
•Contribute to the design of a world-class engineering effort to elevate electric vehicles to a new level of refinement.
You Bring:
•5+ years of automotive testing experience.
•5+ years of experience with automotive body features testing.
•Proficiency in programming and scripting using Python and C.
•Proficiency with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy, CANoe DiVa, or similar tools for testing diagnostics.
•Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, and related tools for measuring and commanding signals, either through scripting or otherwise.
•Working knowledge of electrified powertrains.
•ASTQB/ISTQB certification is a plus.
•Knowledge of UDS protocol and experience in developing dynamic vehicle models or plant models is a plus.
Education Requirements:
•Bachelor of Science (Master of Science preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

$127,000-$174,570 USD
