Working Closely With Engineering Leader To Develop Liquid Cooling New Product
Responsibilities: Please list at least 5 duties/accountabilities.
- Having 8+ Years Of Experience In New Product Development For Thermal Product, i.e. Liquid Cooling / Chiller / Air Handling Unit / Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC)
- Work With Engineering Leader for Delivering end to end New Product Development And Aling Development To Meet Business Requirements
- Strong Credential About HVAC Product Development Working With Global Team
- Good Understanding About New Product Development Processes Working With Multidisciplinary Team From Different Regions
- To Create and Review Product Documentation (NPDI Gate Review Deliverables, CAD Drawings, FMEA/DFA/DFM/DFX Specifications, Bill Of Material).
- To Analyze and Resolve Technical Problems, improving – Updating – Reviewing The Mechanical Drawings According To The Information From Manufacturing, Procurement And Logistic Department, So As To Simplify The Assembly, Reducing The Costs And Improving The Quality
- Experience in thermal system design, proto build, pilot run and testing for new product development. Good knowledge of thermal component selection and sizing (pump, heat exchanger, control valves, piping design etc.)
Minimum Graduate Degree In Mechanical Engineering. Preferences For Postgraduate With Thermal Specializations

About the Team
Skills Required
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Postgraduate degree with thermal specialization
- At least 8 years of new product development experience for thermal products (liquid cooling, chiller, CRAC, air handling)
- High level of CAD proficiency with strong attention to detail
- Experience with global new product development processes and working with multidisciplinary international teams
- Experience in thermal system design, prototype build, pilot runs and testing; component selection and sizing (pump, heat exchanger, valves, piping)
- Knowledge of FMEA, DFA, DFM, DFX, NPDI gate review deliverables and Bill of Materials creation/review
- Good understanding of electricals, controls and hydraulic systems
- Strong English language skills
- Sound analytical skills for solving complex engineering problems
- Business acumen to align product development with company objectives
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance such as Underwriters Laboratories and Conformit Europenne (CE)
