Procurement & Contract Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement of fabrication-related services including:
- Fabrication contracts
- Blasting & painting services
- Packaging & logistics
- Crane and heavy equipment rentals
- Transportation services
- Manpower supply contracts
- Draft, review, and administer service contracts aligned with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, statutory norms, and commercial terms.
- Mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Vendor Development & Performance Management
- Identify and onboard capable local/regional vendors.
- Conduct vendor capability assessments (technical, quality, capacity, financial stability).
- Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Track vendor KPIs: cost, quality, delivery, safety compliance.
- Drive vendor performance improvement initiatives.
RFQ & Tendering Process
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and clarify scope with Engineering/Project teams.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Fired Equipment / Process Equipment industry
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards, coating systems, and heavy equipment handling
- Experience in handling high-value service contracts
- Proficiency in contract drafting and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LD clauses, payment structures, and warranty clauses
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work within project-driven timelines
