Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Cellular RAN software development, preferably in LTE and 5G NR.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end 4G/5G network architecture and 3GPP RAN specifications.
- Extensive development experience across multiple RAN protocol layers (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC), with the ability to design, develop, and debug across the complete protocol stack.
- Experience with multiple Radio Access Technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), with deep expertise in LTE and 5G NR.
- Excellent debugging and log analysis skills with proven ability to resolve complex customer and field issues through end-to-end cross-layer root cause analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLMs for software development, debugging, and engineering productivity.
- Ability to build AI-powered automation frameworks and intelligent agents for automated log analysis, bug triaging, root-cause analysis, and cross-layer issue correlation across multiple RATs.
- Strong understanding of networking and telecom interfaces (TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, Ethernet, F1, E1, Xn/X2, NG, FAPI/SCF).
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as GDB, Wireshark, QXDM, TM500, QCAT, protocol analyzers, and custom log analysis utilities.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills with extensive Linux-based software development and debugging experience.

- Experience developing internal engineering tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
