Job Summary

  • Lead customer engagement as SiTime’s primary liaison for product and service quality and reliability matters. Investigate and resolve quality issues, communicate status and findings to customers, and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate customer complaint investigations with local Failure Analysis (FA) and Product Engineering teams, communicate findings to customers, and manage related claims.
  • Partner with Engineering and FA teams to ensure global alignment during quality investigations and manage customer relationships throughout issue resolution.
  • Review and submit customer-requested documentation, including product qualification, reliability, 8D, and FA reports.
  • Visit customer sites proactively or as requested.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in customer visits related to quality activities and audits.
    • Address customer observations by leading root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and verifying their effectiveness.
    • Own PPAP preparation and execution to achieve successful completion and customer approval

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Required experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, package assembly, and test.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in customer, manufacturing, or supplier quality within the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of CMOS and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) devices is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, fishbone analysis, 5 Whys, and Is/Is Not analysis.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and process and production control methods, including APQP, control plans, FMEA, GD&T, MSA, PPAP, and SPC.
