Job Posting TitleSr. Director of Treasury - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Senior Director of Treasury is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise treasury strategy, inclusive of all company entities. This role provides leadership for treasury activities to achieve the organization's corporate liquidity, investments, cash management, pharmacy and member payment compliance, and operational goals. This position plays a key role in leading and executing complex cross-functional initiatives and works closely with senior leadership and executives to influence, refine and implement business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of treasury projects and initiatives (e.g., corporate liquidity, banking structure, system enhancements)
- Lead the development, planning and execution of investment and borrowing strategies to support continued growth
- Oversee the daily cash activities to ensure proper operating liquidity is maintained and all debt obligations are met; provide liquidity and debt exposure recommendations to senior leadership
- Evaluate treasury policies and procedures, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and leading implementation of treasury best practices in all areas within the organization, including but not limited to cash flow forecast development, corporate liquidity, and regulatory adherence
- Lead development and execution of Treasury reporting to inform executive strategy and support Board-level communications
- Own relationship management with banking and investment management partners
- Mentor, coach and develop Treasury team, providing both strategic oversight and day-to-day guidance to drive exceptional results; demonstrate professionalism and strategic thought leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED is required
- 10 years work experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance
- 7 years of leadership/people management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Demonstrated ability in managing complex projects and initiatives
- Strong strategic-thinking, analytic, and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed presentation skills at senior and executive leadership levels with ability to effectively influence
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
