  • Advance the use of AI and personalization engines to support sizing guidance, virtual try-on, and real-time fit recommendations across channels.

  • Drive the roadmap for upsell and cross-sell capabilities, leveraging predictive data and customer insights to increase basket size and engagement.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Content Supply Chain, Purchase, and Customer Lifecycle teams to ensure seamless integration of content, pricing, and loyalty strategies within the Choose journey.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, using A/B testing and analytics to validate customer behavior insights and optimize product discovery and decision-making.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of up to 8–12, providing coaching, accountability, and development opportunities consistent with Gap Inc.’s leadership framework.

Who You Are

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, balancing creativity, data insights, and brand alignment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and outcomes to executive and technical audiences.

  • Experience with agile product development and enterprise-level commerce platforms.

  • Familiarity with AI-based recommendation systems, AR/VR fit tools, and advanced analytics frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret behavioral and transactional data to guide roadmap decisions.

  • Passion for user-centered design, innovation, and continuous improvement in the retail customer experience.

  • Proven success building and developing high-performing, collaborative product teams.

What We Do

In 1969, Don and Doris Fisher opened the first Gap store on Ocean Avenue in San Francisco. They wanted to make it easier to find a great pair of jeans, and they did. Their denim and records store was a hit, and it grew to become one of the world’s most iconic brands. Today we’re represented in more than 1400 stores in over 40 countries, and online. We have headquarters in New York, London, Shanghai, Tokyo, and, of course, San Francisco. Our unique aesthetic is optimistic cool, elevated American style. Our clothes are crafted with care, with focused attention to thoughtful design. We believe in staying true to our heritage while creating what’s next. Don and Doris Fisher always wanted to “do more than sell clothes.” They wanted to support the people who ran their company, to be active in their communities, and to have a positive impact on the world. Their vision helped transform retail, and we’re still following their lead. We stand for freedom and possibility for all; we champion diverse ideas that transcend generations, geographies and genders.
