The Role:
As Senior Director, of People Operations, Tech, and Analytics you will be responsible for enabling the strategic management and digital enablement of the workforce. You will set the strategic direction for People Ops, Technology, and Analytics, and oversee the development and operationalizing of data, systems, tools, and processes designed to engage, grow, and transform our workforce now and for the next stages of growth. You will ensure we are strategically positioned to scale through appropriately leveraging integrated systems and tools to provide exceptional employee/candidate experiences, implementing project management discipline, and enabling decision making through insights and analytics. Your collaboration with People Team colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders will enable operational efficiencies, strategic workforce synergies, and the continued attraction and retention of top talent.
Responsibilities:
Operations:

  • Drive operational excellence for the People Team organization through strategic and day-to-day leadership on all HR systems, data, tools, and processes
  • Develop and oversee ongoing planning and program/project management services for core people initiatives
  • Oversee all People operations activities including onboarding/in-boarding/off-boarding of talent, workforce policies, governance and compliance, etc.
  • Promote continuous improvement and streamlining of CoE organizational activities
  • Partner with COE's to provide input into new processes, prioritize projects/enhancements, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions that will shape the way we operate now and into the future
  • Develop and monitor people operations service delivery standards to ensure timely execution and process consistency
  • Work with teams to ensure compliance with workforce and data regulations


Technology:

  • Develop, deliver, and oversee the People technology strategy, portfolio, and roadmap, ensuring the needs of the People Team organization are met
  • Serve as a liaison between the People Team and IT to ensure alignment with and to help establish the strategic direction for enterprise systems, digitizing the employee and candidate experiences
  • Collaborate closely with People Team, IT, and Finance to enhance and advise on the operation/functions of the systems/tools to optimize process efficiency and scalability
  • Reimagine how we provide services using technology, vendors, and innovation
  • Optimize technology use for workflow automation for end-users and other systems, i.e., team member, manager, and employee self-service, candidate experiences, and seamless integrated data flows between systems internally and with external vendors
  • Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions


Analytics:

  • Build and lead the implementation of our workforce data strategy, ensuring that data are accurate, complete, timely, and governed as they are leveraged for analytics and across all business systems
  • Develop the People Analytics strategy and function, including iterating and delivering on how we approach People Analytics
  • Lead the design of talent metrics and benchmarking within information systems, including companywide data gathering and analytics on employee data trends
  • Partner with People Team and business leaders to understand business questions that need decision support
  • Build capabilities and data literacy within the People Team and among business leaders to leverage analytics and insights for decision making and action planning
  • Oversee the design, development, and operationalization of data and analytic projects/products, i.e., operationalizing standardized reporting operations, delivering self-service/on-demand dashboards, providing insights on workforce KPIs/OKRs and other measured strategic initiatives, etc.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR Ops, Technology, or analytics space
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics - experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years building strategy and leading teams
  • Strong Agile program management experience, change management and communication skills
  • Strong experience leading and coaching teams
  • Consulting mindset and experience leading major HR technology implementations
  • Proven experience working with executive management
  • Strategic thinker and influencer with demonstrated leadership acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, transparent style with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to lead and deliver results
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including experience in effectively communicating with colleagues of various technical backgrounds and skill sets


At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$252,000.00 - $402,000.00
New York Office:
$231,000.00 - $369,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$210,000.00 - $335,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$189,000.00 - $302,000.00
