Leads the enterprise media planning function, translating business and marketing objectives into audience-centered, full-funnel media strategies. Defines channel roles, planning frameworks, and investment approaches to ensure media investments operate as an integrated, measurable, and optimized ecosystem that drives business performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Lead the development of enterprise media planning strategies that align with business and marketing objectives, including full-funnel planning, channel role definition, and investment frameworks.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing media planning team, fostering capability growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Establish and scale standardized media planning frameworks, tools, and governance to drive consistency, effectiveness, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with Activation, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Lead media investment strategy in collaboration with Finance and Analytics, providing recommendations on budget allocation, prioritization, and investment trade-offs.
- Define and advance the media learning agenda, identifying opportunities for testing, optimization, and innovation to improve business outcomes.
- Provide strategic oversight of enterprise media performance governance by establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key media KPIs, investment effectiveness, and business results. Drive accountability through performance reviews, optimization planning, and executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and 10–12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading full-funnel, cross-channel media planning strategies.
- Strong knowledge of media measurement methodologies, including attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling.
- Experience designing, building, or scaling media planning frameworks and operating models.
- Experience managing large, complex media investments and budgets.
- Exceptional executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
This position will be based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN.
