Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Global Senior Director to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and customer engagement across web and mobile platforms. This role will define the digital experience strategy, establish governance frameworks, and oversee integration of modern technologies into core business processes. The Global Senior Director will partner across the enterprise to align digital initiatives with corporate objectives, ensuring scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions that enhance pet parent experiences. Leveraging React, React Native, and modern front-end technologies, you will drive innovation at the intersection of pet care and digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
Working with architecture define and communicate the enterprise digital strategy for web and mobile platforms.
Set long-term roadmap for customer engagement and experience transformation.
Align digital initiatives with corporate objectives and customer journey strategy.
Influence executive decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in for major programs.
Establish architecture principles, security, and compliance frameworks for digital platforms.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Build and lead high-performing teams across engineering, UX, and product disciplines.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern frameworks.
Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating strategic contracts to support digital initiatives.
Define KPIs for digital experience and report impact to senior leadership.
Monitor platform performance and optimize for scalability and customer satisfaction.
Define coding standards, development workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. Champion best practices in performance, accessibility, and security.
Mentor and grow a high-performing development team. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and frameworks. Evaluate new tools to enhance development velocity and product quality.
Lead and optimize strategic partnerships with multiple System Integrators, ensuring alignment on delivery excellence, governance, and innovation to drive business outcomes across complex technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
10+ years in technology leadership roles with a focus on digital transformation.
Proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios.
Proven experience in delivering production-grade web and mobile applications.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-suite decisions.
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Azure), modern web/mobile frameworks and/or EIS Suite
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, RESTful APIs, and mobile app lifecycle.
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
