The GTS Sr. Director, Brand Enablement partners with Brand and business leaders, across multiple Digital product teams, and with Global Technology Services (GTS) leaders to plan, drive a digital vision and roadmap, and prioritize initiatives through a lens of customer experience, business impact, and outcomes focus. This role serves as the connective tissue between Gap brand and GTS Digital Product teams, eliminating redundant touchpoints and reducing the overhead currently experienced by brands independently managing multiple team relationships.What You'll Do
Create and maintain a unified digital product strategy that maximizes brand business value while optimizing dedicated resource utilization in concert with shared digital capabilities.
Serve as the primary strategic partner to brand leadership, translating business priorities into focused digital initiatives while simplifying the current complex web of team interactions.
Champion and drive measurable business outcomes for the brand by ensuring digital product investments directly support revenue growth, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency goals.
Lead strategic planning and prioritization processes across teams, balancing brand-specific needs with enterprise-wide objectives.
Oversee governance, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize impact across the portfolio.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics across the digital product portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability in product delivery.
Partner with brand leadership to translate business strategies into actionable digital product roadmaps while maintaining consistency in delivery approaches.
Act as a servant leader to the brand and GTS, enabling key brand and Digital Product leaders to remain focused on delivering outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders, technology leaders, and product teams to drive collaboration and remove barriers to delivery.
Establish a streamlined engagement model between the brand and GTS digital product teams, reducing coordination overhead.
Facilitate cross-functional conversations focused on key accomplishments, risks, and roadblocks while encouraging leadership debate on solutions.
Drive operational excellence across GTS digital product teams through standardized frameworks and shared best practices, reducing redundant processes and accelerating delivery.
Engage with technical architecture, digital strategy, and enterprise risk teams to ensure solutions meet company standards.
12+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital product organizations across multiple business units or brands.
Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies and digital transformation.
Experience in portfolio management and resource optimization across distributed teams.
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.
Deep understanding of digital product metrics and performance measurement.
