Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in web analytics, SEO, and digital content to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. You will play a key role in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
Responsibilities
- Marketing Execution. Identify critical gaps in current marketing efforts and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into a cohesive digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data Analysis and Performance Optimization. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to segment audiences and uncover actionable insights that inform digital marketing strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to design and execute A/B tests, optimizing campaigns for business growth and enhanced customer engagement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Engagement. Develop and deliver engaging global campaign content across digital platforms, including email, marketing automation, paid media and advertising. Experiment with emerging communication technologies and practices to maximize digital content effectiveness.
- Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Orchestration. Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing automation strategies that enhance customer journeys. Analyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for improvement and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation efforts with sales processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance efficiency. Work closely with leadership to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and contribute to overall company success. Foster collaboration and innovation among teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, or a related field
- Expertise in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms
- Strong experience with multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and website performance analysis
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and lead generation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
