- Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities
- Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas
- Create and review Technical specifications and track status of all efforts
- Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
- Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions to ensure business continuity and agile IT response to business problems
- Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need
- Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific solutions
- Experience of working in AEMaaCS Cloud Service, AEM 6.5+ , rollout/publishing of sites, integration of Analytics, other Adobe Marketing Cloud modules including Magento.
The following are required for the role
- 8+ years of deep Business & Technical development experience
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and AEM Core components (Example: Sling, OSGI, JCR, Dispatcher).
- Preferred tech skills in Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) and web development (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.)
- Experience building web & responsive mobile experiences. Hands-on experience with Sightly (AEM Templating language) and CoralUI/TouchUI frameworks
- Be well-versed with AEM as Cloud Service, workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
- Ability to fine-tune AEM application for optimal performance, including configuring Threads,
- Good to have understanding of Heap, GC Policy. FEO, JS and CSS minification and optimization. Should be familiar with application profilers
- Exposure and good to have experience in with components of Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe Analytics
- Broad web and digital knowledge, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving as well as mentoring/guiding other members of the team.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Results oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Preferred 1 + years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects.
- Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies.
- Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
- Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
