About the Role:  

Recast Software is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our Right Click Tools product line. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Endpoint Management, this role will take the strategic vision for the product and turn it into high-impact campaigns across channels that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer expansion. 

You’ll lead the execution of campaign initiatives including email, webinars, digital programs, field events, and ABM plays. You’ll work closely with the Web & Brand and Revenue Operations teams to bring your campaigns to life with compelling content, smart segmentation, and seamless execution, and ongoing measurement. 

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves seeing strategy come to life, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about connecting marketing activity to measurable pipeline and revenue impact. 

Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, operate independently, influence key stakeholders without direct authority, and execute campaigns with excellence from planning through measurement and optimization.

What You'll Do

    • Own and execute multi-channel campaigns for the Right Click Tools product line—from initial planning through pipeline creation, optimization, and final reporting 

    • Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue growth objectives 

    • Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, create pipeline, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel 

    • Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution across email, webinars, digital advertising, ABM, and field events, with a focus on measurable business outcomes 

    • Partner with the Web & Brand team to ensure campaign landing pages, ads, and visuals reflect our brand and product value 

    • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by relevant messaging and assets 

    • Support sales enablement by ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timing, and lead handoff 

    • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement 

    • Measure campaign contribution to qualified leads, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue, using data and insights to continuously improve performance 

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously 

What You've Done:

    • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign or pipeline generation 

    • Proven success planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes 

    • Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and account-based marketing (ABM) 

    • Experience with campaign planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) 

    • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail 

    • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action 

    • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams 

    • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is a plus 

    • Experience in marketing to systems administrators, endpoint management teams, or IT professionals is a plus

What We Offer:

  • The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 10% annual discretionary bonus potential. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
